Madcap Training and Coaching

About Madcap Flare training workshops and project coaching:

After a decade using an old unsupported dtp system for creating manuals and instructions for a large and increasing amount of equipment, we decided to find a new solution. At the same time, and to future-proof our choice we had to consider other working methods, alternatively add more resources to our team of technical writers. As we write manuals and instructions for a great number of equipment variants and wish to publish content to both pdf and html, and in several different OEM labels, CMS was no doubt the right solution for us.
Real database CMS solutions and MadCap Flare were considered. Being a small/medium sized company and seeing the possibilities in MadCap Flare, the very expensive database systems were opted out. In fact we decided for the entire MadPak solution which includes a lot of extra very useful applications and tools for single sourcing documentation and localization.
In the process we got in contact with Write2Users. We have experienced Write2Users as having a solid knowledge of MadCap Flare and they have been a great support during the implementation of Flare and the education of the Glunz & Jensen tech writer team. We are confident that Write2Users will provide continuing first class service, and as they also offer a wide range of relevant tech writer courses they are a perfect match to a company of our size and needs.”

“Being new to Flare, it has been reassuring to know that Per and W2U were close by as a friend in need. Per’s introduction course gave me a good foundation for figuring things out for myself.

Also, attending the 2015 W2U MadUsers Conference was great for gaining more knowledge and building network with fellow Flare users.”
