For the last 21 years, Matthew has organized the highly respected and successful UA Europe Conference. Matthew is a highly rated and respected speaker at technical communication conferences worldwide.

With 25+ years of experience in technical communication and a giant network in the industry, Matthew has a very broad horizon and can inspire both new and experienced practitioners.

This time around Matthew has two presentations:

    Matthew has observed and analyzed the user’s behavior when they use Help and User Assistance systems. He has identified patterns and trends and – not least – identified the stumbling blocks preventing users from finding what they need.
