About the workshop

The Madcap Flare Basic Workshop provides the attendee with an overview of Flare, a walkthrough of Flare features, and lots of hands-on exercises. The workshop is typically part of a W2U Madcap Project.

W2U works together with the customer to identify the specific training needs for the content development team. The technical communicators work on their own material at the onsite workshop which is typically scheduled for 3-5 days.

Target audience

This workshop is intended for technical communicators with no or limited experience with Flare. It is assumed that the attendee is familiar with technical communication concepts and terminology. Existing Flare customers can contact W2U for putting together customized agendas.
